This role will be responsible to secure new client contracts to generate sales revenue for NUPI's loyalty marketing products.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop objectives for the prospector's day-to-day activities.
Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology, etc.).
Collect and analyze call-center statistics (sales rates, costs).
Hire, coach, and provide training to personnel to maintain a strong pipeline of leads.
Monitor and improve pitch, telephone handling, and other procedures.
Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy of leads generated etc.).
Prepare reports for different departments or upper management.
Coordinating with different departments, to drive conversions, etc.
To manage all daily tasks and duties related to the process with strict compliance with guidelines..
Help in creating customer surveys, segmentation & getting feedback to improve our processes and customer experience.
Meet the set SLAs calling SLAs.
Achieve conversion SLAs.
Qualification
Proven experience in inside sales or similar position.
Experience in prospecting at the senior level is required.
Solid understanding of reporting procedures.
Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability.
Positive and patient.
High school diploma or equivalent; a higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
Experience in B2B prospecting would be an advantage.
